If you’ve ever walked into our Arlington studio at 6AM on a Monday or Tuesday, you know you better come ready to WORK! Meg’s calm but strong energy, and years of teaching experience will absolutely push you in the best way.
Meg is one of our OGs: a longtime client turned instructor who has now been part of Sweat Fixx for nearly four years. She’s also a total badass mom of two, proof that strength + motherhood can go hand in hand.

What’s your favorite class to take? I love having a new station every few minutes. Keeps me on my toes!”
Favorite class to teach? I love challenging clients with meters and goals — I love seeing people surprise themselves.
Best advice for new clients walking in the door? Give yourself grace in the beginning. There’s a lot going on in every class. Take a deep breath and follow along. If you don’t hit a certain goal — no biggy. Just keep going!
