All workouts are designed with pelvic floor health in mind, developed in collaboration with the Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists at FIXXED to ensure safety and effectiveness. As a bonus, participants receive free access to FIXXED’s 30-minute webinar, The Fourth Trimester, to learn more about navigating postpartum recovery and fitness.
This is a judgment-free zone where we embrace the unpredictability of having little ones along for the ride! Babies in bucket seats are welcome. While the music will be played at a lower volume than our typical Sweat Fixx classes, you can bring baby headphones to protect sensitive ears. Also bouncers, play mats or chairs are welcome. You need to keep your little ones comfortable!
