Instructor Spotlight: Lauren Tamburello

If you’ve taken a class at our Wakefield studio, there’s a good chance you’ve felt Lauren’s energy — whether it was bright and early at Tuesday 5:30AM HIIT or during one of the many classes she jumps in to sub. She brings a powerful mix of enthusiasm, thoughtful coaching, and real-deal strength to every room she steps into.

If you could have any job in the world, what would it be?
Own my own fitness studio 🙂

What’s one song or type of music that instantly gets you hyped during a workout?
80’s music, Beyoncé, Whitney — and any good remix!!

What’s your go-to post-workout meal or snack?
Yogurt and granola

What’s your favorite motivational quote or mantra?
I’m really inspired by Brené Brown’s work, specifically Strong Ground, which I read recently.

If you could design your dream Sweat Fixx workout, what would it look like?
Lots of props — BOSU, weights, bands, balls, steps — with a biceps, back, and leg focus.

How do you like to spend your time outside the studio?
Cooking and spending time with family

What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?
I’m a twin

If you could only use one piece of equipment for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Yoga blocks
